Her “Why?”: Pt. states her genitals do not look and feel as fit and youthful as she feels. In fact she states her vulva looks “old”. She feels that her labia have even gotten larger and more stretched out after having children. She does not like the appearance of her labia and perineum.
Procedure: Clitoral hood reduction, labiaplasty minora, vaginoplasty, and perineoplasty.
