Patient Service Specialist
Aida Lopez serves as a Patient Service Specialist, primarily stationed at the front office. As the initial point of contact for patients, she plays a pivotal role in shaping their first impressions. A proficient Spanish speaker, Aida fulfills the additional responsibility of serving as our translator in this language. Her duties extend to aiding Dr. Reed in various aspects, including patient examinations, wellness visits, Femilift procedures, and Thermiva procedures. Furthermore, Aida assumes the responsibility of guiding patients through the appointment booking process.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Aida finds fulfillment in her personal life. She cherishes moments spent with her husband and two children, creating precious memories with her loved ones. Aida’s leisure activities include visits to the beach, where she finds solace in the rhythmic sound of the waves, and hikes that allow her to immerse herself in the beauty of nature.
In her downtime, Aida indulges in the simple pleasures of life, such as getting her nails done and attending concerts. Notably, she derives great joy from maintaining an organized environment.
