Her “Why?”: This patient presented to our office stating that she has wished to do something about the size of her labia for years. She states having to rearrange things prior to intercourse or else her labia get pulled inside her vagina causing discomfort and pain. She also wishes to have more freedom to wear tight fitting clothes without experiencing pinching, pulling, and camel toe.
