Her “Why?”: This patient wanted to decrease the size of her labia to reduce having to rearrange her tissue frequently and for comfort when wearing clothing. She also wanted to restore the function and appearance of her vagina and vaginal opening to a pre baby condition.
Procedure: Clitoral hood reduction, labiaplasty minora, vaginoplasty and perineoplasty.
