Her “Why?”: This patient presented to our office stating that it seems like her labia have become longer and more bothersome as she gets older. She lives a very physically active lifestyle and has noticed more difficulty with discomfort and hygiene. From a cosmetic standpoint, she disliked the darker edges of her labia.
