Her “Why?”: This patient presented to our office wishing to decrease the size of her labia minora. She states that she has to be very selective in her undergarment choices to ensure that her labia don’t “fall out”. She wished to removed the darkened tips of her labia minora, achieve a neat, tucked in appearance, yet still remain natural.
