During your in-person consultation, our Surgical Patient Navigator and Office Manager, Abby, will discuss specific costs, payment terms, and our cancellation/reschedule policy with you.

What’s Included in Your Surgical Quote

Our pricing is determined by several factors, including the scope of your procedure, the technical difficulty level, the length of your surgery, and the cost of any medical devices used. We’ll provide you with a specific quote that accurately reflects your anticipated procedure/s during your consultation. This quote includes the surgeon’s fee, surgical assistant fees, operating room costs, anesthesia fees, surgical supplies, our “love bag,” and all post-operative appointments.

Booking and Payment Information

To secure your surgery date, we’ll collect a $1,200 non-refundable deposit when you book your procedure, with the balance of your surgical fee due by your pre-op appointment before surgery. We accept cash, personal check, cashier’s check, and money order, as well as all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
